What is finned tube coil?

For gas-liquid exchange, finned tube coils are commonly used. Heat transfer on the gas side is typically much lower than on the liquid side, necessitating the use of heat sinks. On a single tube, the outer fins may be normal, transverse, spiral, or longitudinal. Longitudinal fins are commonly used in baffleless double tube or shell heat exchangers. Fluids can be either gases or viscous liquids. Our finned tube coil products are suitable for a wide range of applications, from small to large commercial and industrial projects.

Manufacturing of Fin Tube Coils:

According to the customers specifications, we can produce helical coils ranging from micro fin tube to large diameters, including bare tubing, cone shaped, and double wrap coil. We are capable of handling any tube bending project. Finned tubing can be twisted and bent into a variety of shapes. Limited space is utilized rather than wasted by forming a tube length into a U-shape, circle, square, or serpentine configuration.
