S Type Fin Tube Advantages:

1) The square finned tube economizer instead of the smooth tube economizer can increase the heat exchange area, reduce the number of tubes, increase the flue gas flow section, reduce the flue gas velocity and wear.

2) The square finned tube can be made into a “double H” type finned tube with double tubes, which has good structural rigidity and can be used in the case of long tube banks.

3) The square finned tube economizer is arranged in sequence. The H-type finned tube divides the space into several small areas, which has the function of flow equalizing and greatly reduces the wear
